Day 1 - Friday February 2nd, John Mionczynski will cover plants of western Wyoming the Prairies and Foothills.  This section will cover native ethnobotany of the prairies and foothills (buttes) of South Pass, The Big Horn Basin, The Shoshone Basin and the valley of Jackson Hole.  This fascinating topographical botanical journey will give you a broad range of understanding regarding where these diverse plants are typically are found including when the best time for harvest is and how these plants have been traditionally used by Native Tribes of Western Wyoming.

Where: The Barn Healing Center 1 Mile South of Wilson, Wyoming
Times: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
